MacIntosh-tout le monde connaît cette pomme. Elle est superbe maintenant.
Cortlands-commence maintenant-très bonne pour manger et cuisiner!
Empire-une petite pomme avec beaucoup de saveur
Pommettes Kerr-excellent pour la gelée
St Laurent-une pomme heritage- un peu surette-bonne pour les tartes
Red Mac-un peu comme une MacIntosh mais plus croquante et acidulées
Nous récoltons aussi nos courges. C’est un production exceptionel (et en spècial) cette année: butternut, buttercup, delicata, sweet dumpling, les poivrées, hubbard et sunshine.
Prendre note que c’est possible d’aller voir notre champ de citrouilles et en acheter direct du champ.

What’s new at the orchard!- Sept 17-26
There are now many varieties available at the orchard.

Joyce-still good-great for cooking
Lobo-crunchy and juicy-good for apple sauce
Macintosh-everyone knows these apples! They are excellent right now.
Cortland-just starting-good for eating and cooking
Empire-the little apple with lots of taste
Kerr crabapples-excellent for jelly
St Laurent-a heritage apple-tart and good for pies
Red Mac-a little like a Mac but more crunchy and tart.
We have also started harvesting our squash! It is an amazing crop this year( and on special)! We have butternut, buttercup, acorn, delicata, sweet dumpling, sunshine and Hubbard.
Remember you can also come and go up to the pumpkin patch to pick your own pumpkin!
