Nous voulons prendre un moment pour vous souhaiter un joyeux Action de Grâce en octobre! Nous espérons que vous passez une fête merveilleuse et festive avec vos amis et votre famille.
Au Verger, nous avons une récolte abondante cette année, donc la cueillette pour la plupart des variétés continue a etre facile ce weekend et probablement pour le reste de la saison.
D’autres infos, nous aimerions annoncer Les résultats du concours pour nommer notre pomme mystère. Nous avons reçu beaucoup de suggestions fantastiques; c’était très difficile à choisir. Félicitations à Christian Boulet qui a suggéré le nom gagnant “La Mystic.” Christian a reçu son prix de pommes et de jus cette semaine.
Avec les jours plus frais qui arrivent, c’est maintenant le moment idéal de venir cueillir des pommes.

October is here and the trees are full of apples!
We want to take a moment to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving as we head into October! We hope you all have a wonderful and festive holiday with friends and family.
As for the Orchard, as we have mentioned before, we have had a particularly heavy crop this year so we expect there will continue to be easy picking of most varieties this weekend and likely all the way through the remainder of the season.
In other news, we can now announce the results of the contest to name our “mystery apple”. We had many wonderful suggestions and it was very difficult to choose. Congratulations to Christian Boulet who suggested the winning name of “La Mystic.” Christian picked up his prize of apples and juice earlier this week.
With the temperature dropping in the days to come, now is a great time to get out for some apple picking!
