This week a number of new varieties of apples have ripened. We are excited to show you the kiosk as it looks now.

The varieties now available are:
Vista Bella-almost finished now. Very soft and sweet. Great for apple sauce. You can also still find some crunchy, delicious ones if you look.
La Vista tire vers sa fin, avec un gout profond, sucree et tendre. On peut encore trouver des belles croquantes.
Yellow Transparent-again just finishing. Come and get them now. Great for cooking. Il y en a encore, et elles vont continuer pour un autre dixaines de jours.
Melba- both the heritage variety and the newer ones. Good for eating and cooking. Les duex types, l’ancienne et moderne sont disponible. A manger et a croquer.
Duchess-the best cooking apples ever. A heritage variety. La meuillure pour faire les tartes et les crustades parmi les pommes hatives.
Sunrise-crunchy and sweet. A wonderful eating apple. Croquantes etc sucrees, elles see conserves bien.
Jersey Macs- a summer apple with a little of that mac flavor. Right now hard and tart. Comme un Mac hative. Mais surette un peu.
Les pommettes Dolgo. La pommette qui specialize en gelee. Et des autres recettes avec du sirop d’erable. Best for jelly and recipes with maple syrup.
